Verify file integrity

This utility allows you to take a file downloaded from the internet and compare its checksum against the correct checksum to verify file integrity. Simply paste in the expected checksum, choose a file, and press "Compare". If the two files have the same checksum, the text next to "Matches?" will turn from a red "No" to a green "Yes".

This app supports the following algorithms for computing checksum:

• SHA1
• SHA256
• SHA512
• MD5
